Heading down to VIR for the Grand-Am race, Friday the 13th. (gasp) Race is next day.

Curious if anyone else from around here is going and would like to meet up some where and drive down as a group.

We have a huge group of Mazdas forming a corral down at VIR for the event. Where are you coming from? Did you have the Mazda club discount when you bought your tickets?

Many of us won't make it until Saturday morning. Camping in a tent. Leaving Sunday around 4:00.

I'm in Reading, PA. I didn't use the Mazda discount only because I opted for the VIP tickets which includes food and drink in that little red porch thing they got over-looking the track, just after the pits/starting grid.

Still, look forward to seeing fellow 8 owners at VIR!

You've been before and know where to look for the corral? We have several privileges bestowed on us as the Mazda group thanks to the hard work of Marlon Sumlin. Be sure to find us. Should have signs pointing you to the Mazdas and we'll have a small canopy and Mazda flags waving.

Don't know what the VIP ticket cost, but our members get a free meal, free giveaways, chances to win great prizes, personalized tours and acess to all of the Mazda teams, they'll also be grid marshalls for the Conti race.
