Spotted one on Rt 228 heading into Waldorf Md, around 4:00 pm Thursday.

I will be heading south on route 1 at about 3:00 going across the Woodrow Wilson bridge. If you see me wave by the way did you get your name from the sports junkies, those guys are the best.
