My car is heavily modified i'm hoping I can pass the inspection. I've seen tracks not let people run because of things like battery relocate, check engine lights and registration/inspection issues. I would love to do this but if they look at my turbo and say No way I want to know now....

you'll probably be thrown into an unlimited class of some sort, only issue you'll be racing against other highly modified cars.

Sounds good. I'll be registering soon also as long as I don't see anything come up for my schedule. I also have to replace one of my tires because it has a bubble .

Ok guy I sent them an email....

I have a couple of questions on the car inspection. I have a Rx8 with a turbo kit installed check engine light is on and a battery relocate. All have been done by a professional race shop. I am a novice (want to be) 32 year old responsible circuit driver and need to know if my car will pass the inspection.

Jorge,

I think it will pass; the inspection focuses on brakes, throttle return, wheels, tires, car interior free of loose objects, and helmet.

Bill
