Hey Josh, I remember you!

For the past 3 yrs I always made my numbers. I bought magnetic sheets from Home Depot cut them out and spray painted them... Pink of course! Better than tape and cheap too...

I just had to Mapquest Kirkland because I had no idea where it was in Ohio but I may be nearby on Sunday. Gonna be at a wedding in a random part of (far)East Cleveland near Mentor so if the weather's decent, I'm not incredibly hung over, and I remember to bring something that isn't a suit I might show up. Never been to an AutoX event. Though in a couple weeks I'll have my clear corners, a couple coats of Zainos, polished tips, a clean engine, and puddle lights so my NG will be a little bit more fun to look at.

I just did my clear corners last weekend while it was raining. Not as much fun as it sounds. You would think that they would have come up with a better method for getting back there to replace the bulbs. I thought that pulling the reflector would be the worst part...but at least I didn't slice up my hands doing that.

What's at the Boneyard on the 6th? I might be able to make that. Especially if I get my car cleaned up the weekend before.

I'm just off 82. Aside from Heinens and the BP on 77 you probably wouldn't see my car in Brecksville unless you happen to be that cop who sits on 82 between 77 and 21 all morning where it drops from 50 to 25. I know he sees me. Generally I just jump on 82 long enough to get to 77 and then go to work or elsewhere from there. Plus I shelter my 8 in a garage during the Winter so it's not we get 12 months to bump into each other.

We're going to have a gathering at the boneyard on 82 at 7 on June 6th.

You need to come out in the light more where we can see you.

I live off Wallings near Lawrence School. Up and Down 82 frequently.

Ironic. I was just up there last Friday to visit my dentist (Farrian).

I do have a vague recollection of seeing you on the highway last year but I can't be sure. I just recall a gray with a custom plate. Course I can't remember if I was passing you, being passed by you, or just seeing you in front of me in traffic without moving (woot rush hours! ).

I've known about the forum since I got my 8 (4/06) but avoided it until I knew I could afford to start tweaking things.

Yea...it gets kind of contagious around here. After I bought my car I said I would leave it stock. Then reading the forums all winter without driving my car I got the itch. I dropped probably $1000 last month on stupid ****. It just doesn't stop though.

Nice to be in school. Right now it's time and the weather more than money that's keeping me from doing anything. Well that and the knowledge that if I sell my place I'll have to have enough scratch to make a downpayment on a house. With a garage. Which I probably care about more than the house.

Wow does your iPhone take some blurry pictures. I probably have somewhere between 50 and 100 that I will post later on tonight. Need some grub. Nice meeting you all...even if I am horrible with names.

It's terrible if I'm not 100% steady and you can't tell how bad it is when you just preview it on the phone. If you didn't have your camera I probably would have snapped a couple but I just wanted something on my phone. Course that's why it's called an iPhone and not an iCameraPhone.

Thanks for the pics DeViLbOi.
Make sure to bring your cameras June 6th... it'll be nice to get a big turnout for a group picture.

That it was. I wasn't home for 2 minutes before it started pouring so you guys got really lucky. When they said they were going to rush you guys through because of the weather and it cleared up I thought what a waste. Ended up being really good because it came down in buckets for about 5 minutes.

In one of your picts doc it looked like you were just done waiving. :P The red in your car came out way better than Tony's grey though. If I had only known I would have had a bunch of Gopher too. Ah well...next time.

Like your pics a lot more than mine, John. So how come now one has said the most important thing? Who won? Doc or Tony?

Tony was the big winner! He put in a 33.5 best and I put in 34.1. Tony's a very good driver! Amazing isn't it. A game of split seconds.

You'll just have to lower your car a bit to pick up those extra few tenths of a second...

Yes I'm evil.
