Question 8 Owners near College Park, Maryland

Put a thread up in the NE section but got no responses. I just wanted to know if any members on the site live near College Park Maryland? Maybe we could meet up!

I have a red 8 in Silver Spring. I often go to the Mama Lucia's in College Park for Pizza. They are one of the only places in this area that know how to make a good New York style Pizza!

Which one of you did I see last week on Cherry Hill road and beeped at me? You were in a sunlight silver like mine! Anyone have suggestions on when and where to meet. I'm done with finals this Friday the May 7th!

Funny because I don't have a wife and I don't own a Crossfire! That Crossfire is ugly. I know what your talking about because I have already talked to the dude who decided to ride off of my member name. He said he got that name from his friends, while I got it from a book I read back in high school! You should slow down a bit and stop trying to make people look like fools, when in the end you make yourself look like one! You sure do alot of websurfing, you should slow down a bit!

Remember we have the Skyline Drive scenic drive coming up May 22nd. Yes, it starts in Virginia, but it isn't that far, just the other side of the beltway. Some of the folks are coming from Delaware to join the drive.

Drive Details in NE Forum. We need more RX-8s to RSVP.

You're doing a good job on your own looking like a fool, you don't need my help... You don't actually expect people to believe that lame excuse do you? So you're saying he has the same name as you but it is a different guy, yet you both live in Maryland and are both IT students. Give me a break man, with your history of posting on here everyone knows it's you, at least fess up rather than digging a deeper hole for yourself. I wasn't just randomly going to a Crossfire forum, I followed a link from here and poked around on the site for a bit.

In case no one knows what the hell I'm talking about.

Look I don't need to prove myself to you and that would be such a childish lie for me to make. I don't have time for little boy games dude. I'm telling that I didnt do that and it might have been someone like you or RX8lover who really don't care for me and are trying to make a joke out of it. If you dont believe me then thats on you, I'm just letting you know that its not me! This thread is not for talking about member names, it for people who actually own a RX8 and who would like to meet up! So why don't you stick to your WRX site?

Haha, you're a trip man, I couldn't care one way or another about you. In fact I had forgotten about the whole thing until I just happened across that post on the Crossfire forums. But, you're right about one thing, it is a very childish lie.

P.S. Next time you want to start a thread about a MD. meet maybe put it in the correct area and I won't even see it. I just made a little comment about the your car(s) as a joke, you're the one that spun it into some silly little story.

The thread does have a name and if you read it correctly it didn’t really have anything to do with you. You live in Milwaukee and as far as I know you don't own a RX8, the thread was for Marylanders near college park that actually own RX8's. I also put in my first reply that I put it here because no responses were coming for the NE section. If you looked, I got allot more replies here because most people won't scroll down to look at the area section.

Here are statements from the other cas2themoe...

"I drove my wifes Auto 8 yesterday and floored it. Thing has alot of power in it starting at 4,000rpms and remains with power to the beep comes on. The beep is sweet! I got to a 101 in third gear!! Thats crazy! I have to crossfire auto and my wife has the RX8 auto and I would have to say from a stand still it would be very close race. But if it were on the highway it would smoke me! Car handles better than mine too! Hey both cars are sweet to me!"

I think our very own cas2themoe should meet up with him, since they both live in Maryland with the same IP address so they must live closeby. First of all, they seem to be twin souls. Secondly they could race each other... They will also both probably be equally exstatic when cas2themoe's 8 beats cas2themoe's Crossfire... (Cas2themoe, for whatever reason seems awful happy about his 215 HP Crossfire being the slower car.)

If you ever get to race cas2themoe, cas2themoe, tell us how it goes...

Most folks in the DC metro area probalby didn't respond because you seemed to be seeking just owners in College Park in that post. I know that's why I didn't respond at the time. I'm 25 miles further south. I posted here and mentioned the Scenic Drive May 22nd because the target audience seemed to have broadend beyond just College Park by the responses from Virginia and Baltimore.

This thread will likely be moved by a moderator in the very near future to the NE Forum anyway because that is where it should be, response or no response. As for "a lot more replies here" not if you only count those on topic.
