not gonna be there tonight, sorry guys, took me 4 to 6:30 to get back to Wilmington from work in downtown Philly, and traffic was a mess. No way I would make it up to Bensalem from here in time for the meet given whats going on in Philly. I'll see you guys next week (and believe me, I'm pissed, I was hungry for some Sonic).

thunderstorm f'd up the plans, at least for me it did. I saw 2 overturned tractor trailers just on my way home, and sat (didn't get above 20 mph) from roughly West River Drive exit on 76 to 476 interchange on 95. Was crazy. Hopefully next week is nice, cause I got speakers and screens to install!

 

Well next week is another install meet for those whom are interested. I'll be putting on my racingbeat header and dual resonated midpipe.

Just as a general question: Is a catback exhaust something we would be able to install at the install meet? Or is it something I'd have to pay a muffler shop for? I'm thinking about the new TurboXS exhaust when I get my paycheck at the end of the month, and I want to know how much I have to budget for it.

I wonder if I should buy LED's for the interior, since I'll have the door panel off anyway? :O (see, this is how I go through so much money).

 

also premixing is awesome, I think I can tell a difference, good call

 

catback its been done at a previous install meet. We put the borla on marcmiller's 8. The only PIA is getting the stock exhaust off and bringing it home.

 

hmm, the great thing is I could cruise down to MD and pick up the TXS exhaust at the warehouse, but I'm concerned that it won't fit into my car. we'll see if I end up doing it.

Also I bought new interior bulbs too, figure if I've got the door off might as well fix the courtesy lights :O

 

the only pia is getting your stock exhaust in your 8. Most of the time its next to impossible to separate your cat-back at the axel back portion....most of the time it is rusted together.

 

^^ true true I installed my pullies yesterday so I have nothing to install but I'll be there to give you guys a hand I will also bring my air tools let me know if anybody needs a special tool in particular, i might have it. Also I'll bring pizza too

 

I am prolly gonna do the cat myself cause I dont want to be a PITA with having my car hot like last time ... However, I do need to get my headlights sanded
