Locked Cobb Tuner

Cobb tuner is locked on a 2004 rx8 man
If you have the tech savy to unlock this might be for you
Even though it is locked all other non mapping functions work like timing 0-6 reading error code ect

Offers welcome

Your relatively new. He probably wants to make sure you actually have one. We all know what they look like.
The only way to unlock a AP, is to send it back to Cobb. The process isn't cheap.

Being locked would also mean that you can't clear any CELS.

So basically its a multi gauge device, that has to be plugged in to a 2004 MT

MMMmmm might be worth 50~75 usd to someone in the particular bracket

I had no idea this would cause debate.

Here is the deal...the gauges seem to work on my 2006...and yes the Cobb needs to be plugged in to work.

Mapping does not work... the ******* that sold it to me assured me it was no longer married....he lied and he then cancelled three meeting to meet up and make things right. I'm sure Karma will catch up to him...or I will

I got taken for $300

Instead of selling it I will just give the thing away locally when we meet up this Spring for our first Windsor or Michigan meet.

So if you think you have a specific need for it just message me and I'll save it for you when we meet up this Spring.

Thanks
Z

Can you send me pics? If it's in good condition I'll take it for $50.00. I can get it fixed at Cobb but it's like $300.00-$350.00.
