Putting out feelers for my 2009 Mazda RX-8 Grand Touring. 77k miles, original engine. 101-108 psi compression. Clear title. I have owned it 5 years and autocrossed it for 4 years, 6-8 events/year. Not a daily driver, sometimes trailered. Always premixed with Idemitsu under my ownership. Zero rust. Body is 8.5/10, interior 8.5/10. This car has been very reliable for me and I've never had a mechanical issue with it beyond replacing the alternator and having to keep the small lightweight AGM battery on a trickle charger. SCCA-legal option package conversion was performed to remove sunroof and satellite radio equipment (2009 was the only year the sunroof/satellite radio was optional on a Grand Touring). Body work was performed by a professional body shop and all OEM parts were used in the conversion…..sheet metal, structural supports, wiring harnesses, headliner, brackets, hardware and misc. parts. Conversion was performed primarily to gain helmet space.

The car is currently prepped for SCCA Solo Street Touring class. Right now, I am selling the car as-is and all the extra parts as one package. I am not selling individual parts at this time. I was planning to perform additional modifications and move up to SCCA Solo Street Prepared but life circumstances have changed.
