If there is a web link, please drop it here. I don't know if I will be able to make 2 weekends in a row. But keep us posted and maybe see some of us there!
Is NASA a membership group? Reason being is all my spare money is going into the 8, exhaust, ignition, sways, tower braces, water pump, and paying off college loans. So I don't have a lot of money besides some for some track days.

FWIW you might want to run the car as is, as the stock platform is very capable as it is.

The car is very capable in stock trim and very fun. Just make sure it is in proper mechanical condition and bring it out. Unless you are a very experienced track driver there is way more potential in the car than you will be able to use as it comes from the factory. Learn to drive it as is and don't overwhelm yourself.
The rx8 needs very little money invested to hang with much more expensive cars.

I know the Rx8 is way more capable than my driving skills. I'm getting the exhaust for the cat delete ( I have a custom tune which runs really lean at cruise, rather not fry an expensive cat) and getting the ignition as a precautionary measure because of the issues I have heard of it failing right after the first few years. The water pump is a longevity issue. Seeing the new 09's have an almost exact replica of the REmedy water pump, I figured it would be a good idea to upgrade it ASAP. So some mods are not performance related so much as durability related.
I already have planned for the 18th and 19th. So fun money has gone to that. Will see how fun funds are looking at as april gets closer and see if two weekends in a row is doable. Maybe see you all there!
