i am hoping to make it to st louis alot more next year. planning on doing more autocross and a pdx or 2 next year.

 

GIR is closed. PDX might not be happening next year. Autocross has a new venue @ Family Arena.

Anyone know a good place to get my clutch replaced at and about how much it may cost?

and where is the new autox location? really interested in getting back into solo been 3 years and i bought the rx8 with solo in mind(not competitive just for fun)

Hey everyone. I would like to introduce myself: my name is Dustin and my RX-8 is yellow.

So... driving in the snow f...... sucks, eh? My co-worker swapped me cars (Toyota Camry) so that I could drive around for Christmas. He flooded my engine, hahahahaha. So him and I fixed it, it was fun!

I met one dude in St. Louis (technically, O'fallon-ish) with a blue RX-8 about two years ago, he pulled up next to me and asked if I was in the club. Hey blue dude, are you on the boards still? I'm that guy, haha!

Anyway I doubt that the person you met two years ago is still on the boards. But there are about 5 or 6 of us that are pretty active here. Im sure youll see them on sometimes.

I'm new to my rx8 and this thread but I am in St. Louis for the next few days. I'm from Springfield, Mo. Unfortunately I don't have the 8 with me but I have my big boy toy. (07 powerstroke with an 8'' lift, 38's, sct tuner, intake, egr delete, exhaust, and some other fun stuff). So if there are any good clubs or mud holes let me know.

 

cole.....damn that game was ugly on both sides but fun to watch...hated to see my tigers go down like that, and im still not sure how they could overturn that call, but Iowa outplayed us. Our D had been a strong point all season and Coker made it look like nothing. We over-pursued and lost containment multiple times, as well as missed tackles that should have been made. That game will leave a sour taste in my mouth for quite some time. But as you guys have wrestling we have bball. nothing but props to Iowa they did everything they had to do to win that game and got a BIG turnover when they needed too.

David, not sure if anyone is meeting, I leave for New Orleans tomm for New Years so i cant meet up. I do know there are a couple mudding holes in or near Freeburg, IL. that many of my friends go to. I have not been to this spot but have heard its one of the best around. I will see if i can get in touch with my buddy and find some directions for you or somethin.
