The Autoweek Design forum is scheduled for Jan 12th in conjunction with the NAIAS. It's kinda expensive but I found last year's to be very worthwhile. Plus you get to visit the show on an Industry Day (no crowds!) with an Autoweek editor as tour guide.

It really doesn't matter if they are missing as they are there mainly for cosmetic reasons. I took my engine cover off as I like to actually see my engine. I still have my battery cover on though as I do like having some protection from the battery cables.

I am looking into getting a new, used rx8 if anyone out there knows of anything. I think I missed my window for great deals. all these dealers think it is tax time so they can take an arm along with the purchase price.

Nice! First order of business though is to be sure the MSP-16 reflash has been done. Any dealer should know based on the VIN. It ups the rate of oil injected and helps avoid flooding issues.
