Kansas Rotary BBQ Sun, May 22nd - Lawrence
From the RX7Club site; Midwest 7's is organizing a KS Rotary BBQ event on Sunday May 22nd, 2005 in Lawrence, Kansas. RX8s are welcome.

date would be Sunday May 22nd, noon to whenever. if we can get enough people to come by May 22nd the plans will be made. that will give me time to reserve a site, have t-shirts made, exc. i say once 15 or so people commit it will for sure happen. $10 for food and beer sound ok? any funds that excede the amount to cover expenses will go to rx7 club. then maybe $10 for a shirt, i will get the design posted on here so people can tell me if they want one.

the new date is may 22. redrx7 said he was down with that date, so we can have at least one sick 3G there. who is this Art fellow? i have only heard about the guy, is he not on the forum? anybody know him? i have got a good picnic area selected. i need to know who will be coming so i can plan for provisions. i am making a list of who will be coming and will post the list from time to time, so ifyou

I know Art pretty well. I've been to a meet at his house and we see each other at shows all the time. GREAT guy! He is the local Rotary Guru.
