Where: Autobahn Race Track, Joliet, IL
What: MX-5 Summerfest
Activities:
• Drive your Miata on the track
• Drive a 2006 MX-5 on the track
• Take some hot laps in a MazdaSpeed6
• Attend the driving school
• Drive the autocross course in other hot new Mazda products
• Hang out at what we hope will be one of the biggest Miata events ever

I might be able to make my first EVOLV meet! Love the Foundry. Gotta check with my wife though, and maybe I'll bring my 8-year old - he'd love seeing a bunch of RX-8's all together. Here's the only question... should I bring my red 8, or do you all wanna check out my blue STI instead? Makes no difference to me.

Actually, I just remembered that my in-laws will be in town for Mother's Day (which is great - I'm one of those lucky guys who has really cool in-laws). Maybe we'll go to the Foundry for an early dinner and I'll show up with both cars.

Can't make this weekend, will be visiting my sister who lives in South Beach. Am hoping to get up to Ft. Lauderdale and get a ride in the Pettit SC'd car. Will post my impressions for everyone should I get the chance, though as I recall Blue got a ride in it last year also...right, Blue?
