This is a practice day. There are no instructors. Drivers are grouped into Novice, Intermediate & Expert. Last time I ran Intermediate and was 2nd from the fastist in that group. A turbo Miata was a little faster. The Expert group included race prepaired Vipers. It had been a little while since I had been on a track and I wasn't ready to run in the expert group. I would concider it now.

Anyone throwing out ideas for the next meet?
Also, anyone who is going to the Auto Show on the 11th, let me know a time/place for all y'all to meet up!!! I suggested the Mazda display area (how bout near an 8???) but since I'm not able to make it that day I don't want to set a time for you.

April 1-2 the Chicago Region SCCA Solo II group will be holding a autocross schoo at Route 66 Raceway. An event flyer with cost and other information isn't available yet.

Yes, the Gratten event is full. They are still taking names for standby status. No one has contacted me about this so I think it could be taken down.
