RSD, are you really reading this forum before 8 in the morning? Is that dedication or lunacy?

"Severly uptight" what the heck are you talking about?

My car's nice and warm in the garage in Chicago. I've been taking the train back and forth from work.

Nope, waiting till spring. I have a extra set of urethane bushings, for these sway bars, if anyone is interested.

Great pics RSD- this car is so much fun in the snow it should be illegal

I was tearing around town tonight in my RX8 taking my 7yo to ice skating and back... I didn't think twice about leaving the 4x4 Explorer in the garage. Our roads were horrible, but the RX8 was zipping by all those slow pokes with no traction. Before we got home, I went to the park across the street, turned off DSC/TCS and went power sliding and donut making... mmm... donuts

Yeah, we met a couple of months ago. I have not signed up yet because it seems like I have some other obligation every time there is a meet. I willl get around to sending you my info one of these days.

Yeah, I was driving a bunch last night and having tons of fun. It was amazing how much better the car was with the snows on (Blizzaks I had installed on Wednesday night).

Up here by me I saw more people stuck and in accidents this morning then I did driving 50 mi. last night. People are silly.

yes those silly people forced me to cut my fun in the snow short ... i was so worried about those stupid idiots in their SUVs who think they are invincible. hey, if theres an unplowed road, you probably dont want to be riding my bumper as YOU WILL NOT STOP. and i dont want to be hit by your idiot self either!!!

/rant

can you tell i was being tailgated the whole way home?

Last time we talked, it was suggested that Woodale would be a good location (for the convienence of the visitors) on the 19th. If this is true, I will go out and scout locations this weekend. Does everyone have access to a car?
Will the city meet, on the 21st, be more like seeing the sights? Walks up/down Michigan Blvd/State St? Starting out a River North Tavern? Seeing the bums on lower Wacker/Michigan Dr.?
Just throwing out ideas guys.

How about the Schaumburg/Woodfield area for the 19th? Lots of choices for parking/gathering...

ive always thought the woodfield area was great for meets, but i guess it depends on where everyone is coming from and if they can get there ...

so speak up now you out-of-towners!!!

I currently have no transportation as of the 19th.
I'm staying a few miles south of downtown in the university circle / park area. My parents bought a new townhouse on sangamon.
I'm working the 19th but I should be out of the office relatively early and I don't know what's going on at the house yet. I should be available that evening but I'd definitely need a ride of some kind..

Woodfield is great. We could meet up at gameworks or something out there. I don't really care though, lol so I'm open to anything.
