Chicago Dealers? Yay or Nay?

Chicago Dealers? Yay or Nay?
My mechanic is retiring to run his shop from home this week. I cant blame him as he never worked on any car at his shop unless we brought our cars to him.
Who is doing work on your cars? Oil changes, tune ups, etc. I was thinking of going to the dealer, but the only use I ever had for them was purchasing my car.
Thank You

I bought and have had my car serviced at Wilkins. They for the most part have been fair in their dealings.
It looks like the dealers you are looking at are mostly in the north & northwest burbs. Have you tried Roto? I don't know anything about their service department. I know they sell Mazda's and I did by a Subaru from them once.

i bought my car from autobarn evanston, but since i live in gurnee i get serviced at liberty auto city in libertyville...with very positive experiences.
i tried napleton schaumburg twice and didn't like their service. they seemed defensive about everything and assumed my alcantara interior was aftermarket.
went to get my oil changed at rosen mazda in lake villa. with the way they parked my car afterwards, if i had my airdam on at the time it would've been cracked on the curb. i've also had a negative sales experience with the rosen brand prior to owning my mazda.
