I would think you would have a case for Mazda covering it if they documented your complaint a month ago. If the dealer can't get it covered under warranty I'd try calling MNAO and seeing if you get anywhere with them.

Got rear ended this evening near Gurnee Mills from a mom in a hurry to pick up her son. Damage was minimal. I'm sure I'll need a new rear bumper, but the frame on her accord tore through hers. My exhaust surrounds, mudguards, and rear accent are fine.

I assume because of the metallic paint that the damage could be over $500. I've got full coverage, we have the same insurance company, and obviously it wasn't my fault. Will I still have to pay a deductible? Would getting a MS rear bumper be cheaper?

Crap. What a way to start a weekend.

the other persons ins payed for everything including a rental

 

yeah man you went through a lot recently. hope things have gotten better for you now. did you forget to send out a chain letter or something?

we have the same ins but i don't have rental on my policy so i doubt ins will cover that.

 

i dont have rental on my policy either but the other person had to pay for it
