Welcome - there is a pretty good group of us from all over Chicagoland and out into the burbs (and further) You can get hooked up over at RC3, which is the Chicago Rotary Club - here's the link:

Hello, everyone! I would just like to say hi, as this is my first post here. I just purchased my RX8 about 8 hours ago and have already run 3/4 of a tank of gas through it. Im from Rockford IL and my 8 is a 2004 model with 20,000 miles and the 6spd in graphite gray(I think thats the color)
I traded my 2001 Audi A4 Quattro for this and I must say the RX8 is a BLAST to drive. In fact I was planning on attending the MFBA track day at road america with my beefed up lil civic, but I think Im going to take the Mazda instead! Looking forward to meeting some of you guys!

Welcome! Finally another 8 owner close to me who has found these boards! I'm guessing you bought your 8 off the lot at Anderson Nissan Mazda? I do a lot of advertising for the Anderson group and know they had a Titanium Gray 04 there...I am in Loves Park with an 05 Silver, plates reading ZM ZM X 8 - You should also check out:
