What is everyone feeling..Devue Park (where the last meet was) or Ault Park which over looks Lunken Airport and is in Mt. Lookout. Let me know what you all think.

 

yup, and that is actually old, its more like 175k original 1991 Mazda 13b. Has held up remarkably well to mods too

 

I just looked @ the map. From the street view, Ault park does not provide good view on the airport? Maybe it's just how shots were taken. On the other hand what about alms park, wouldnt it be close to the airport?
And i'm just looking on the map, you guys would have a better idea of all this.

But other than that we can always go to Devou. Looking @ the map we can stop by prisoners lake, then take montague rd to sleepy hollow rd to amsterdam rd to the ferry on river rd, and take river rd back to the park. *shrug*

 

Hey ladies and gents, I have been real busy with ball but I am in for a meet just let me know when and where.

Oh and Steve how is that Revi, I know its a big difference going from a turbo to a revi haha, but I promise there is a gain although it is not quite like the turbo there is something there though. What do you think of the sound, I loved it....let me know man.

 

Oh and I also recruited a new 8, my buddy just bought an 04 silver one.....

hi guys....i just bought a blue rx8 yesterday...i live in hebron ky..have been in the car scene around here for a while..excited about the new car and i hope to meet up with some of you guys soon

do you guys know of anyone who could help me with spark plug replacement and oil change? im a real noob to this car...but i want to learn alot about it..i could throw a bit of cash and do most of the work..just need someone to kinda walk me through it..preferrably in the nky/cincy area

 

I dunno about spark plugs, but there is a tutorial (diy) on how to change oil. Pretty self explanatory. I changed mine about a month ago - first time changing it. just followed the tutorial and that was pretty much it. took me about 20-25 minutes since i had no idea what i was doing haha. but im sure next time it will be faster.

 

Yea changing the oil is just like any other car but ive never done the spark plugs on my 8. I know Jeff or Steve can help you with that.

Steve, we need to find a great cruise route for everyone. Also, everyone we need to decide who is bringing what to the meet/cookout.

The trick to changing the spark plugs is removing the driver front tire. Also you will need some long extensions. Below is a link to some pics on my RX8 site.
