Hello,I have a greddy turbo kit with bnr turbo it has been a nightmare trying to get the oil drain to seal and not leak. I have been struggling with this for a couple months now. I have been browsing the threads to see what others have done. I see you welded yours how we're you able to get it welded and install the turbo with out the line getting In the way as you try to mount it? Do you have any pictures of your drain? Your input is greatly appreciated. Thx
Hey i read what you posted in the thread... so you tapped into the oil pan to attach the 10an line, I get it. You said you tapped into a spot higher than the level of the oil for draining, but from my understanding the oil drain plug is already higher than the pan that sits below and under the engine... so wouldn't this be the highest and best spot to tap into for a drain ??
Hey sorry man I am overseas stationed in Germany... So it would be hard for us to have a phone call conversation. Would you be able to explain where the line connects through here or email me at ken.calioso@gmail.com. Thanks !
Hey man, finally got to installing your old turbo kit that you had sold...
I am confused as to what to do with the oil drain line that you have coming off the bottom of the turbo ?? You welded a fitting to the drain flange off the turbo, which then goes into a huge line (5an i believe, about a foot and half long) with a male 5an fitting at the end. Now i know normally the drain line coming off the turbo is supposed to screw into the drain plug with a adapter. Not seeing an adapter... but was confused by how long that 5an line is if it is just suppose to go into the drain plug which is about 4 inches away. So Im wondering, where am i suppose to connect this long 5an line to ?
