I thought it might be useful to have these images handy for reference. I will add related bits of information as I learn them.
Moderators, can you sticky this thread? Thanks.

Idle map
Normally idle is around 20 Hg. With 91 octange gas I'm getting extremely rich AFRs--the exhaust gasses are a visible white cloud even after the engine is warm and the fumes bring tears to my eyes. I've tried lowering the 20 Hg value from stock 2.38 to 2.33 and 2.29 and it's still rich. At 2.29 it gets harder to start the engine and anything below that means the engine randomly stops at idle.
Important: engine must be warm and AC off when adjusting idle. If water temp is below 82C or AC on there are additional enrichment maps that kick in and affect total fuel delivered. Once the warm idle is adjusted properly you may need to go to the water map and add some enrichment at 68C and below.
A separate issue is starting the engine. There is a crank map which adds fuel when RPMs are below 500. You may need to adjust that map as well but the order should be idle, water, then crank map.

T_map map
Important note: all values seen at 2psi and above are two increments lower than stock. I had to do this using 91 octane gas in order to prevent detonation at WOT. According to Scott switching to RX-7 #9 spark plugs in both leading and trailing positions will solve this problem. The trailing plugs use two crush washers for proper spacing. I will report back once I try them.

No images BTW... Also, on screens 19, 29, 30 and 31 you have different settings, you can't just capture the screen. Each of these consist of 16 different locations you can program. 16 x 4 = 64 different screen shots just for these, or you could include a text file with values on location #1 of screen 19 for example, followed by value on location #2 of screen 19, doing this to all 4 screens.
