Interceptor X install trouble

Hey Scott, I left you a message but due to you changing locations (congrats on that btw) I'm doing everything I can to get your help asap.

Basically, I followed the install video and directions in the book very carefully, and after I was done, I cannot get the "yellow ignition" light to come on...

The green light is solid and fine but the yellow light will blink a few times when i restart my ecu by disconnecting my battery and then turning the key to the "on" position... it blinks and disappears. I tried starting the car once just to try, and it wouldn't.

I tried disconnecting everything and put my stock ecu back in, and my car started normally.

I reinstalled the interceptor x triple checking to see if the vacuum hose was compromised, bent, cut or anything, and it wasn't.

I attached the other end of the blue vacuum hose in the wrong place maybe? I have the AEM CAI and on the right side of my alternator there's that "white ball-like extension" that ran to connect to my stock intake but i put it in there. Looked like the right place when i watched the install video.

Anyways, I'm very excited and can't wait to feel the different... help ASAP would be very much appreciated. I'll PM you my contact number. Thank you in advanced Scott.

I know I'm not Scott, but this same thing happened w/ me and apparently several others on the forum. Ur IntX is probably version 3. I searched the forum and others had this same thing goin on but it's totally fine. I spoke w/ Scott about it and it checks out. No worries.

Hey I just installed my interceptor this week end and i had the same problem, well its not really a problem it just does that nothing is wrong with it just start your car up and see if the yellow light is blinking, and the red light is not on, and you should be good to go.

No problem

Chu, You have version 3.0 so that part of the video no longer applies. I will edit the video. Calibrate your T.P.S. at idle with the engine at operating temperature, the light will no longer illimunate with the engine off.
