Scott was still in town on Friday working on my car, and didn't say anything to me about leaving. So, I wouldn't worry.

I didn't

They will supposedly ship today. I'm not going to hold my breath any longer. I think I've been pretty patient up until now, but this isn't cool. It was delayed due to the hurricane, and I guess they can't stop an act of God, but ****, I'm sick of this.

I am sure it will come soon.. As it nears the shipment date your excitement level goes up and your patience goes down... Just the way it works. It's human nature.

Wow, so you mean to tell me it still hasn't shipped. Holy **** man. So are they saying that UPS shut down due to the hurricane?

Christy said something about them being closed due to the weather. They are sending it USPS, so when it actually ships (I'm praying today), it shouldn't take more than 2-3 days. But once again, thats if it actually ships. I'm s.o.l. for awhile, since I have on the turbo now, but no ems to controll it.

If they ship today I'm willing to bet you won't receive it before Monday. Tuesday/Wednesday is much more believable for standard delivery times, if not longer due to Wilma recovery efforts.

You can always install the eManage for now. Keep RPMs under 5k, avoid WOT and you should be fine. That's what we've been doing for the past couple months.

i bet you could get a used one locally for $100, then re-sell it. It would be a hedge against the odds of the Interceptor taking another few weeks...

I am an engineer, I work with engineers, I've told some of my co-worker engineers about this, keep in mind these are people used to doing product development, and they cannot believe this. Not only can they not believe how bad the schedule has slipped, but how unprofessionally it is being handled. We didn't even get a call, or a post letting us know the unit didn't ship out. I was expecting to see it on my doorstep when I got home from work either today or tomorrow.

Besides, I thought if things got that bad that they need to close, they were going to ship from Georgia.

Did you completely finish the installation of your Greddy kit Moostafa?

The only things I have left to do in the install is hook up the lines to the boost controller, and gauges through the interior. I won't be able to verify and check for leaks until I can start the car, and that won't be until I receive the unit. But I agree, things are starting to get a little unprofessional. I'd like to at least have a TRULY honest date. Like when I bought this way back in August, if they said it wouldn't be until November until I received it, I would be happy. But moving the date every two weeks, and promissing it will ship, then giving some excuse as to why it hasn't is starting to get old.

You know, at the very least, whenever Scott gets around to adding some functionality to the unit, I think we should be entitled to receive it for free. I'm sure we aren't going to get any type of refund for our troubles these last few months, but it would be nice to receive something that shows some sort of interest in customer service.

Moostafa29, the eManage doesn't kick in until you go past 3k RPM. So you can still start the car and do some basic shakedowns without it.

Imagine how much he is in-the-hole on this now... If they added-up all the time they (supposedly) have spent on it, I'm sure he's losing money on this now. You all in the first buy might have the only copies of this thing ever made.

What I find ironic is all the talk about not wanting to advertise something they couldn't deliver.

It doesn't kick in at all until you reach ~1psi, no matter what RPM.

One PSI compared to what? N/A intakes operate in a partial vacuum--maybe 7-8psi compared to 15psi ambient pressure at sea level.

The maps sent from GReddy don't add any fuel until you reach 1psi of boost pressure, which is relative to atmospheric.
