Our pump supply has been replenished. I think we were out for a week or so. We also have a nice selection of the FD RX7 water pumps in stock as well.

I have a proper supply for such an event. I have folks in Greece and Italy that would probably be happy to join in.

By the way, are you a member of GA RX8 club?

The water pumps are $245 and the thermostats $65. Together they are $300 prior to shipping and available directly from our website UNLESS YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE US! PM or email us if that is the case please.

a couple of questions, these water pumps fit the AT? No extra tuning needed? Easy to install? Where is the stock water pump? I'm poking my head in there and I think I know which it is. AND Are these still available?

I know dumb questions.

The pumps are the same on auto or manual trans cars. No extra tuning is needed. These are available. Are you in the US? Thanks.

Not dumb questions. There was a time when none of us knew where the water pump on a car was.

I have one on my AT. No additional tuning or mods needed.

The stock pump is mounted to the front of the engine. It is behind one of those pulleys you see in there.

I wouldn't attempt to do this install without help if you've never done a water pump before. A water pump is not something you want to install improperly. But if you've got a buddy that has done a water pump before (preferably on an 8) then it is no big deal.

Yep I'm in the US, Which pulley is it behind. I have the Agency crankshaft pulley, will I have to take that off to get to it?

Its behind the pully right beneath the Alternator.. You don't have to remove the Eshaft (crankshaft) pulley

Beautiful. The crankshaft pulley made me worry. The bolts that hold that on there are tricky and I would hate to remove them and reinstal it. I will probably order this up soon as in tomorrow.

This waterpump is really good, installed mine 2 weeks ago.

Never done it before but worked stricktly from the workshop manual and didn't rush it.

Check all 2 or 3 times, use a momentum key and get all air out.

I dont really know what a momentum key is? Do I need one? If I have good directions, I'm pretty confident I can do this myself. Just trying to be prepared though.

You adjust what kind of Nm (momentum) you want to tighten bolts with.
