Mazmart not responding to emails

Hi,

I recently purchased items off ur website, have paid for it but its been 4 days now and i've yet to receive any shipping information or reply from you.

cool, thanks guys, thats what i thought too, heard they were good.

so do they usually send out ur shipping info or do they just let it deliver and we wont know its status until it arrives at our door?

Clarifying mystery

Our contact email given on our website is : sales@mazmart.com. It goes directly to me. Mine is paul instead of sales and Sheldon's, same formula; name in front of website.

Have you pm'd either of us prior to your thread or since?

I've gone back into our sales for the 12th of April since we're closed on the weekend of the 10th April. It would have been processed as a sale on the 12th if it was transacted on the 10th. Did I understand correctly that the purchase was 10th April or are you saying sometime in April 2010? I have looked at sales on paypal for the 10th and not found any RX8 coils.

It is my job to serve and to do so efficiently. If we are in error it becomes my job to rectify the matter and as quick as I can. I will need your help to do so. Right now I'm hunting and don't have all the needed equipment with which to hunt your info.

The wisest approach will be to send Sheldon (Mazmart "6") a private message, stating your name with exact day of purchase. I can go back through payapl records and see what went wrong.

I think he was referring to the years of the coils (2004-2010) rather than a purchase date. He seems to have purchased sometime around June 04 (6/8 minus 4 days). 6/4 was a Friday and 6/8 was a Tuesday, so really there may have been only one regular business day between order and post.

Same sort of situation happened with me. I ordered an item on thurs morning and specified/paid for overnight shipping. They never gave a tracking number to me and of course it's now 2 days later, and I am still sans my item.

Thanks Paul, received it.

Will be good if you can email your customers the tracking no. so they can be updated and have a peace of mind that their order is on their way ya, thanks though.


@M_theory: yup, it'll probably arrive soon, we just wont know whr is it at until it actually arrives.
