Question:
My radiator light comes on at strange times now and it's not consistent. It might come on and stay for a while after start-up or it may come on after driving for a while. Doesn't stay long just makes an appearance then disappears. I never noticed it before. It's not for low coolant. I can only think that it had to do with either the new engine install or the water pump. Any suggestions what could cause it and is there anything I should do?

The sensor in the coolant bottle goes bad.
I just unplugged mine once it started turning on all the time for no reason.
You have to replace the entire bottle if you want to fix it.
Its a known problem.

My car has the Mazsport fan mod, Mazmart pump, and 80/20 water/antifreeze mixture with a bottle of Redline water wetter. I don't have a real temperature gauge, but even in 100 degree heat lapping Buttonwillow, after a cooldown lap when I pull into the pits the fans stayed off. There seemed to be no boil over or anything for me despite many cars having cooling issues on that day.

i think my stocker finally has a weep now... any chance instead of the stealership replaceing the OEM one with the factory pump under warranty, they would install Paul's if i buy it and give it to them?
