Coolant Reservoir

Hey Paul, I need a coolant reservoir. I broke mine trying to take off the cap to add some coolant! Can you get a price and how much for shipping to 85302? Also, I need it like now, today, ASAP!!! Thanks a million!

Dave

I should be able to help with that. It's normally $100 from me which is half of Factory retail but I'd do $90 plus the ride. Let me know if this meets your needs.

Paul.

The complete unit is $125 from me vs $214.13 retail form Mazda today (09/20/11). I can sell the naked tank at $105 plus shipping. I don't have it on the site presently. PM for individual shipping and handling if you want the tank only. These prices fluctuate slightly with the YEN and our ever so wonderful US Dollar.

That would be the basic version that I offer (Cheaper of the 2). The website has been updated. Sorry that I could not help.

$117 shipped with no cap or $135 with a cap. If your cap is old or questionable it would be wise to go with the latter.

Yes, stock is just a short tube to dump boiling coolant into the rad and all over the steering connectors there. Some Mazda engineer was hung over when that design was approved.....

'We' usually recommend extending the tube down below the rad, near the ground.

I'm just happy to provide this at the cheapest in the US.

The tank without it's cap is now on our website. Again, if you are not in the US, please do not purchase on the website.

Cheapest RX8 coolant tank yet

How may I sell you a coolant tank? Let me count the ways .

I now have several versions available including without the sensor and without cap (The cheapest of all), with cap but no sensor, with sensor but no cap, with cap and sensor. I even offer it with the hose that sometimes get's damaged or purposely cut during the operation of tank replacement (Below tank, connects to top of radiator).

Most people are aware that the primary failure point is the float losing buoyancy so the naked tank is effective for most coolant light on dash problems. The sensor could fail as well so it is safer for some people to buy with sensor if unsure.

Here are the options (Please remember to contact me first to order if you are outside the US):

Mazmart Shopping Cart

I'm so happy to offer this in the most versatile and economical manner available.

Some of us are slower than others . My main effort (Which I believe I achieved) is to do the best pricing on it with the most options .
