OK.

So, I think what we will do is start right off with a quick look at the individual tables with an emphasis on what they really do as compared to what they look like they should do and then go through the 5 to 7 iterations of an actual customer calibration with logs.
Then, look at a submission that is screwed up and go over why and how to fix it.

I understand and sorry if that came across as a criticism because it wasn't intended that way. I'm ready to get back into the depth of the subject as discussed.

Sorry about the e-mail snafu. I hit send and went out for the day.
It sat there in the outbox, not sending.

Then the PC got weird.

Dunno. At least I got it out in time to start on time!

Sorry, I passed out about 15 minutes into tonights class. Got a p/t job being a driving instructor out at TMS and had two hard, long days in a row that wiped me out.

Would be willing to chip a few extra dollars as well.

Maybe a coupon for 50oz slurpies

I just found this thread. I am waiting for my AP to be delivered. I don't think I can really understand or follow instructions until I get the thing in my hands.

Well, this seminar is designed for producing calibrations yourself.
If you are just looking for insight into the instructions for the MazdaManiac Custom Calibration Service, you can look here:

I have a question about the Max Calculated Load table:
In the webinar you discussed how the table effects the calculate load for a given area and how a poorly laid out table would screw the values. IE) everything set to 200%
You quickly mention (I think) that things stay static if you go over the Max Calc Load (as if it was still at ## calc load)

So just making sure. What exactly happens when you exceed the Max Calc Load for a given range?
For example ... you get over 200% calc load.
Does the timing and fueling stay static as if it was at the 200% load mark?
How does the ECU manage moving up in the RPM band if you stay over the Max Calc load?

Is there a way to tune for this?
I'm already over a 150% load at 7psi and with any luck I should be getting over 200% load around 10 or 11 psi ...

If we hit 200% load ... should we just say ... awesome ... and call it the day?

Got a question with my MM calibration im on my 2nd data logging but my engine has been diagnosed with low compression so she is in for a rebuild, but im have some porting done does that mean my calibration needs to start from scratch or will I be able to carry on aslong as its listed in my deadly questions as now being ported.
Sorry would have used the official google chat but I keep missing the dates.

^ you will have differences....but not likely anything that will cause the second round to be much different than a base map.

The MAF and injectors are the same....so the engine changes will be most of the difference

Basically though you will be starting again
