Ok for all the UH students and Alum Who would be able to come for a Photo op of our 8's This sunday (April 10th) sometime around 1pm though the time can be flexible if needed by someone. We could meet in parking lot 14-15 down near scott and holeman, I happen to live there, and when everyone arrives follow soundwave3k down to EW cullen and line them up.

Hopefully we can get at least 4-5 people to come if not more. Post here if you are interested.

I went to U of H. I don't have an RX-8 though. I have 2 RX-7's.

 

You can't come then.

Maybe a photoshoot day is around the corner for the RX-7s and RX-8s of Houston (including those that goto UH).

Let me call a couple of places and see what I can setup. -- that's another thread though. I'd be interested to know what types of "scenes" people are looking for.

I know of parking garages and a couple of interesting alleyways that make for some dramatic shots?

I thought I'd be able to make it but I have a conference paper that is due for submission on Monday afternoon (which I'm spending every available minute on) so I wouldn't be able to do it anyway... Maybe we can try for another weekend?

Im thinking 12-1 oclock would be a good time to do it. If anyone can make it meeti n parking lot 15 near scott and holman around that time. Ill park my car out there as a marker. We can head out around 1-1:15 to head to the fountains.

Well. If its only Soundwave and I, I can't see why a few more people would hurt. The main thing that I'm worried about is a bunch of people showing up and driving on campus and the cops getting mad at us. But 4 or 5 8's shouldnt be a problem so I suppose you two could come =]

BTW as far as the campus cops are concerned...

You tell them your taking a photography class and that you and have assembled some other students for a photo-collage project.. and send them on their way.

 

I suppose we could, but Im not really sure of the rules of driving on the walkways on campus, seen as they are meant for students to get from class to class and not cars =]
