Either we or Hill Country Drives will have A Sun. drive each month;
I let them schedule/reschedule first to make sure we go with them
because they pull 20-30+ cars. This got cancelled & changed.
One of us will hit a Sun. LD.

I'm gonna try and make the 25th meet. Its gonna feel kinda ackward because I won't know anybody, but you gotta start somewhere.

Don't worry about not knowing anyone. Just look for my black '89 convert or Randall's yellow 8.
The RX's will gather to go as a small group at the end of the larger one.

25th is looking like it could be bust, hope the weather holds up as we're supposed to get hammered this weekend (dang it!)

 

Can anybody give me directions to the meet on the 25th at 2pm. I will be coming from killeen, so I will be heading 135s. What exit # do I exit on and directions from that point. Or if I were headed on 183s. Thanks

 

well it's raining right now but I haven't received any cancellation notices just yet. Coming from Killeen you could probably take 183S all the way to the great hills trail/braker lane exit, go past braker lane,you'll see an Exxon at the corner, HEB etc. and you'll want to take the right that comes right after bank, from there you just keep going straight (you'll be "behind" a bunch of stores) and you'll run right into the theater pretty much.

Coming from 35 you would take the 183N exit, you'll go through a light on the access road at Georgian (coincidentally, you'll be about 2 blocks away from the car audio shop that did my system...shameless plug rofl) you'll see a humane society building on the right etc. but if you stay in the left lane it will take you back to 183, keep taking 183N for a ways (maybe about 5-6 miles or so?) and you should see a great hills trail/loop 360 exit, they may call it capital of texas highway as well, don't recall exactly. this exit will actually take you to 360 first, so when you get to the access road you'll need to get over a lane or two to avoid being forced to turn at 360. you'll go over 360 and the next intersection will be great hills trail and you'll want to take a left and go underneath 183 and into the arboretum area. You'll see a macaroni grill on the right and a strip mall but keep going and take a right when you get to jollyville (first light) and the the theater will be less than a block or so away on the right, there's a Manuel's restaraunt there as well etc. I hope that all makes sense, I can give you my cell number as well.
