I'm in! I would vote to have it anywhere else than Jeff Haas (and Joe Myers), however.

They (Jeff Haas) absolutely refused to install my (Mazda) polished wheels because the tire guy wasn't "trained" to do it. After escalation, I receive a late night call from a person who had been told they were aftermarket wheels and they were not prepared to do that yet. I informed him they were the identical wheel to what is on the car, they just needed to be mounted! Once he knew this, he promised a call back from the Service department on Monday (his call was Saturday evening). This Monday will be a week, and I haven't heard a word.......

I had them mounted at Jay Marks (thanks, Jose) this past Monday. The attitude was "Well, we have to learn to do it and we want to be your Mazda dealer, so come by and we'll learn together". Now, THAT's the correct way to treat customers......

ok that scares me I D/K if I can take another dealer screwing around w/ me on the service side. Fred Haas already learned the hard way what happens when screwing w/ a customer. My lawyer friends love helping me out when a dealer attempts to screw me It's all in the Consumer Protection Act. But I still hate having to call them for help...

But I was just suggesting this because when I was in the celica club Sterling McCall Toyota would always hook us up W/ free stuff to raffle off at the meets. I mean not expensive parts but things like Tire pressure testers and TRD items like keychains, T-shirts, Cups and stuff like that every once and a while they would throw in something good like TRD Brake Pads or TRD Air Filter W/ K&N filter element. We always got price breaks on parts as well. Like I got the TRD Exhaust for my celica for $375 when it was supposed to sell for $520 that was a big savings. And after pricing out the aftermarket for the RX-8 we need hookups I mean c'mon $300 for fender Strakes? they're just a couple chunks of aluminum not even chromed or anything. $900 for Mazda Speed Flywheel WTF!

Hint taken, I'll look in to it, as for having service issues here???? We are in the top ten in the whole nation for our service department, with whom were you dealing? I am truly thinking that there is some sort of misunderstanding, I can try and look into it if you wish me too.

On a side note, my phone is all screwed up Pro, I just got the message that you left me this weekend, did you find your answer or should I give you a call?

You could look into it if you want. Darryl is the SA who wouldn't do it, and after telling the stories to my dealer (Mazda South), he spoke to a "contact" (Justin?) who called and said he would have them call me on Monday.

The point was, I shouldn't have to have someone "look into it" every time I have a simple request (this is not the first time). I'm not sure how there could have been a misunderstanding, as this took place over the course of 4-5 days, and three phone calls.

I know you guys are held in high esteem (service-wise), but with the treatment being the same for the 4 - 5 years I have been going there, I think it's a mindset.

PM me if you would like to discuss further.

Just got with Justin, he says that we are a go as well, he got with the service manager, and we can do it, but I see that you already have it done. He said he's sorry for not calling you back, very busy on our end as well, and he know's that is not a good excuse. I'm glad that you did already get it handled but we can do that here now as well. :-0) I'm guessing our service manager was out when you needed this done, or we would have been able to help you as well.
