Having previous issues at Mazda Clear Lake, took my 8 to Expo Mazda, i made an appointment for oil change, when i arrived i was promptly greeted by the service manager, asked me if i had been there before, told him no, showed me around and took my car around back, he asked me if i had the new re-flash and did that for me!!
