While at Prestige Auto Brokers in Grand Prairie on business, I noticed they just got in an RX-8. The cars front end is done, front bumber, headlights, hood, radiator are gone, but motor other than some accesories seem intact. Car is Ti. with GT pkg, 6sp. , Blk lthr, Nav. & 3K miles. Interior looked good except both air bags were blown and the drivers seat bottom seemed to be shredded, guy at Prestige said chemicals from the air bag deployment sometimes erode the fabric/leather in cars. Price is $10950 and car has salvage title, sorry no pics as I didn't have my camara with me, but it should be on their website shortly.

Are they parting it out? I'd like to get my hands on those side-skirts. And maybe the aero-flares. I have a friend up there in Dallas and she said would pass by Grand Prairie no prob for me.

 

Nope, they don't sell any parts there, just the whole car (or what's left of the car).

 

DAMN! Oh well.

 

I need to get in conatact with TheGreatRenesis if possible to inquire the specifics of the engine damage since I may be purchasing that car. Also in a photo I saw there are some wires hanging close to the drivers feet area that I can't figure out.
