Currenty in industrial security, but I'm hoping to end up in computer security. I just took a new position so I have to wait awhile first.

You know she probably just sits in front of the terminal and pounds away like a neandrathal while grunting. The supervisors walking by then thinks she working really hard on something.

We have a different group of people that format hard drives and set up the encryption, but I can handle user accounts, permissions, sanitize unclassified systems that have classified data, etc. I understand LANs, WANs, servers and how four different levels of information on three different programs can all exist together.

oh yeah...well i'm still getting a laptop for more versatility...but i wouldn't mind getting that one fixed so i could give it to my little sister! we'll talk.

I have some 1GHz Dell Latitude C610's with 512meg RAM, active matrix, NIC, modem, etc. for $350 :D They are pretty damn nice.

Yep, hence the active matrix They are business end (Latitudes) that I bought a package deal of 10 and I either have 3 or 4 left. Either 5 or 6 of my buddies got the others (one bought 2)
