Myself and several others here have always had tremendous service there. They've never given me any problems and although I have mods that some dealerships would say void my warranty, they haven't said anything yet.

My vote goes to Hiley. I have been to 6 different dealerships and they are the only one who I feel has taken care of me properly. There is a guy that works there (Eric) that is a pretty cool guy. He'll work with you and thoroughly explain what he found. They have fixed several things on my car that they probably shouldn't have (console lid, plugs, etc)

Note: I haven't been to Freeman

Why a Saturday? Take it in, drop it off, drive a rental for the day and pick her back up at the end of the day.

Because I'd rather take care of my business on a saturday?

My work days aren't like normal 9-5 days, and I generally don't get out of work until after the shops have closed.

Cool, just curious. I don't like leaving my car there on days when I can be out driving it around, but that's my preference.

Heh yeah, but I've got some work to do so I wouldn't be able to drive it anyway! I scheduled it for 10:30am and the girl said they'll only have it for about 1.5 hours.

Hopefully their time estimate is correct. I'd bring a book just in case.

wewt. Got the work done today, starts *much* quicker, usually on the first crank.

This new starter is like a motorcycle starter, it's awesome!

Anyhoo, only good things to say about hiley, they got my car in and out, even washed! I had no problems getting them to do the work and they did all of the TSB - new plugs, starter, battery, and flash of the PCM.

Freeman's sales staff was a joke, I don't see how they sell any cars there

Hiley in Hurst had their sh-t together, that's why they got the sale

No offense, but I beg to differ. I had a fantastic experience with Wayne, the internet sales mgr at Freeman and I'd recommend him anyday. I had a great, no-bullship experience with him. The best car buying experience I've had ever.

Meh, im not that worried about it. I always wash my own car, but getting it washed once in a great while at a dealership isn't going to kill the paint.
