I thought I would share this with all of you.

This has been a really great week. I accepted a promotion on Thursday. It came with a 22% increase on my base salary along with a 1.5% increase on commissions. I am now middle management, but best of all I don’t have to move from Dallas! Oh and to top it off. Friday I received a nice 1st quarter bonus check.

Yippee!!! I just taught my dog to roll over on command!!!

Whew, you guys don't know how long I've been working on this one... ya know the phrase "Can't teach old dogs new tricks?" Well you can still teach, but it's a whole lot tougher than when they were puppies.

 

going down south this weekend to flooat the river...never done it b4, so im anxious..

-what size cooler can fit in the 8? * i need at least a 30packer for the days float*
-where can i get a water resistant radio, sony is the only one that makes one *from what ive searched online* but yet walmart does not have them

im fair skined, so i went to the tanning bed the other day to 'shock my body' cuz i know im going to blister saturday...holy hell i look like a red lobster entree right now

 

Bring LOTS of sunscreen and pack a sandwich or something to eat while you're floating. Those 30 beers feel fine sitting down, it's getting out of the river that's going to kick your a$$.
Bring a towel to lay on too, it helps w/the tube getting so hot.

 

Trust me.... wear sunscreen. I've never had to before, but I'm so burnt from Sunday!

 

Today is moving day at the office... I have been sitting, standing, putzing around with nothing to do b/c my stuff is at one desk while my phone and computer are at another at the other side of the reservation... I've been doing research too and I want to learn how to surf!

 

Why is that? Because you are moving to Hawaii :D

 

Maybe... :D The interview is tomorrow. I've been trying to keep cool and gather my thoughts, but I'm probably more freaked out than anything. What if I actually get the job?

 

You'll be fine. Aside from the things I have said, good luck on the interview. You know you will be missed, but I wish the best of luck and opportunities for you. Let us know how it goes.
