well the Accord will go up for sale later this week!!! i think i found a little daily driver too, but i need to get the clutch replaced. i also think i found the new project car...and if i get it i might be able to get it ready intime for nopi!!! we'll see.

Mr. Ed--I've noticed that you seem a bit cheerier lately... ever since you moved. It's like a huge rock has been lifted from your shoulders... Doing things with the car(s), coming to meets, committing to BBQs and traveling... glad to see things are on the up and up for you!

Does your cooling fan turn on when you turn off your car as well?

also... My AC sucks when i'm at idle or a long red light.. WTF?

Just noticed that the other day.... with these high temp days i figured it was
normal

 

First make sure you're temp is all the way on cool.... yes, I really am blonde. :D

The fan after you turn off your car is norm. It's to keep the engine cool.

My AC works better when I'm moving, but it's not totally yucky. I'm considering the DIY mod for colder AC.

 

They have an A/C amplifier, but I haven't heard a lot of good things about it.

The fan won't shut off if your engine needs to cool. You will definitely notice this on hot days. My fan ran for about 15 minutes one day!

 

I just treated myself to TCBY: white chocolate mousse frozen yogurt w/butterfinger, heath and snickers! Yep, I'll probably be on a sugar high for awhile... D
