i work at chili's! those el nino's have about 3oz of alchohol...2 of which are tequila! right now i eat items that don't have less then 500 calories in them. this one shake i get from City Blends has 1400+ calories in it! SO GOOOOOD!!! then i eat BBQ ranch burgers twice a day...Hot Pockets before i go to bed...Taco bell after i get home from work...3 whey protein shakes a day...thats just a basic eating routine i have. AND I STILL CAN BARELY PUT ON WEIGHT!!!

 

Have you tried eating a lot of complex carbs and high protein? I have a friend who's also a hard gainer and wanted to gain lean muscle mass so his meals were strickly lean chicken and rice (with spices of course), with protein shakes in between and he ate roughly 4000 cal a day. He gained about 15 lbs of muscle.

 

hey bro...try n'large 2 its around 1k calories *w/ milk* ..chocklate is great, i 55g. of protein....its a very very good drink..i would do 3 of those a day, and eat as much as i could all day

i went from 225 to 260 drinking that and other stuff ...but i know that stuff works...u can get it at drug emporium *dont know if dallas has those* for 20 bucks...anyway, check up on it

but after moving to dallas and working, i quit working out and lost 30lbs ...im trying to get back into the drawing board..but anyway...yea N'Large will work for ya bro
