Glad you're having fun. I miss traveling to Chicago in the cold weather. Oh well...yes i'm a freak and i know it. :P

 

So Dazy while you are in Chicago, have you had a Chicago style deep dish pizza yet? Tell us about the food.

 

There is food EVERYWHERE. We had pizza the first night, but it was thin crust, not deep dish. I want some Gino's before we leave so maybe we'll have that tonight. Along with Blue Moon on tap. Mmmm... We had Portillo's last night which is a hot dog chain here. Very good. For Christmas dinner we had beef roast and lobster with veggies and salad. Every morning for breakfast I have a custard danish that tastes more like dessert than breakfast. We usually have sammiches for lunch (big thing up here) and pop. We constantly are drinking some type of alcoholic beverage. This year it seems to be egg nog with Captain Morgans, but we had local wine with Christmas dinner.

How's that?

 

Wow, sounds awesome. I wish I was in Chicago right now. I heard it got down to 6 degrees last night though... I dont' have enough insulation to go down there.

 

Yes, it was cold. We walked around downtown during the day yesterday - 16 blocks in 17 degree weather. Last night I went to a meet and met a few local 8 owners here which was cool. But the thermo on the way home said 8. FREEZING!!!

No 'za tonight. My dad and step-mom are making something out of all of the left overs. I'm not sure what, but I'm sure it'll be delicious.

And I'm still wearing my pajamas!! Neither my sister nor I have taken a shower and gotten dressed today. I LOVE VACATION!!

 

We had crabcakes, quesadillas (that I made) and some other stuff that I can't remember because I am drink!!!!
