Yeah, I've been a stranger. I just got a big promotion as a Project Manager and have been starting my own company: http://www.CarMediaConcepts.com. A lot of business both ways and not a lot of time to play. Anyway, I'll be back around sooner or later.

I just want to let everyone know that this heat is really starting to **** me off. I went and got some supplies to work on my car with, but they must be used between certain degrees and it's too freaking hot to use them!!! It gets cool enough at night to use them, but that means I'll be working at 2am in the dark. Shoot, it was 97 degrees the other day when the sun was setting! And I burned my fingers just opening the hood! I can take some of the parts inside and work on them but I can't use my supplies indoors! <sigh> This is nuts and I want to protest.

 

Anyone else notice that their posts counts have been dramatically reduced? I give up. What did I do now?

 

Congrats to Amber on getting the new job! Congrats to Slim for staying really busy. Congrats to Dazy for burning her fingers and knowing how to open the hood. As far as the post count goes, I know that they disabled the counter for this group, but I didn't think that they actually reduced it. It really doesn't matter to me if they just started me off at Zero and left it there.

 

I just saw my post count.... WOW a whopping "12"... I'm such a newbie.

 

Woo-hoo!!! The footwell lights are installed and operational and best of all, I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF!!! D

Anyway, got back from the DUB Show in Houston and came home with a 4th place trophy. Not bad for not having my audio in yet. I was still in Audiobahns booth and had a great time. I will post some pics today or tomorrow.
