Put the OEM trunk spoiler on today!

It looks great, very easy to install. I'll see when I can get pics.

One question I have is why do the instructions say to drill 10mm holes for the screws? It looked like 8mm holes would work fine. I mean, everything lined up, so why did I need to drill 10mm holes???

10mm hole and then a washer for the screw. Also then you can allign it incase you were slightly off when drilling.

OK. I was wondering if it had to do with tolerances. I actually didn't drill them out to 10mm because the 8mm holes lined up fine and I was able to tighten it down without needing to bore the holes out bigger.

Thanks.
