When it comes to powdercoating, you can get it done cheap or you can get it done good. I had mine done on the northside at Louetta Powdercoating.

My 1st gen rims (not stock) are powercoated gun metal gray. They are a dark gun metal. Doing plain colors is cheaper. When you want specialized colors like gun metal or others that they don't frequently do, you pay more. After tax mine cost me about $400 to do the whole set. Plain black would have been almost $100 cheaper. Not sure about other colors. The finish is fantastic. They can be done cheaper but I am very happy with their work.
