well that used to be the case, consoles have pretty much caught up now though. I really don't care, I play whatever whenver, I really enjoy ymy 360 as I get killer games and it integrates with my pc for media, music, messages, etc. It's like an extension nowadays as opposed to being a seperate console, for fps I don't think I'll ever quite like it on a console, but the rest of the games out there work well for both

Twink I got a question for yea. Those RPF1, on Killer Special, how big of a difference is the 18x9.5 + 45 that he is offering vs what the OEM rim is? Do you have do anything special to mount them? I don't know much about rim offset and all that other business... I am also guessing that you have throw on a similar big tire like the one in his photo a 275/35? From the tire size it looks like a dramatic difference...

The RPF1's with 45mm offset are perfect for the RX8, in fact from what I remember Enkei previously only made them special order and the 45mm offset was not a common thing. After it started gaining alot of traction they got into making lots of em and making deals so they become as availible as possible.
To answer your questions, the wheel is a direct mount up, nothing special required. You dont need to throw on a 275 if you dont want to, a 265 works just as well. Avenger is running a 265 and he seems to like it. You could also go smaller but I guess the point of going to a 9.5 is to increase the contact patch so 265 would be the minimum I would personally go.
They are pretty light and proven to work without a problem on the RX8...you cant go wrong...I'm still debating if I want to bite the bullet now or wait for some SSR's...

cool thanks for the fast response. I wouldn't mind getting those RPF1, but I am waiting on FEED bumper... I hope from what he says that his discount isn't going away anytime soon... Some one else has a special on the SSR MS1 I think...
Money doesn't grow on trees here, although it would be nice

can't make that unfortunately, got the car, it looks amazing....only bad thing is it stalled on the way home and was idling crappy again. Sounds like my ignition system is tanked again, or it could be that it hasn't been driven a long distance in a LONG time so maybe that's what it was

Karting...get into a "go kart" and open wheel race with about 11 other people...its fun...they say that the kart can get up to 50mph but I'm not really sure...I mean it takes a while to get goin and as long as you carry your speed around the track those little bastards do run...guy who broke his hand cant go as his hand is still broken...so there is some empty slots...
The track provides a helmet, firesuit, gloves, and neck brace...you get your times afterwards in an excel printout...

I am currently running a single screen on the stock box until I get the revi shipped. I havent had any issues. I also run with a green air filter which I keep cleaned pretty religously.
Best way to find out what is up with your screens/idle is to check and test the components of your intake...

So nice to drive my car again.
Where is the posting? Hmm ... slow in here today. I don't feel like working ... 2 weeks vacation was not nearly long enough!

it's kinda' died down I guess, my car seems to be behaving now, although the idle is still a little chugga chugga rough. If it continues I'll probably try removing screens and such, but for now I was going to wait and see what develops since it was dormant for so long. The paintwork came out awesome, they really did a much much better job this go, I'm going to try and take some pics this evening to show off the new paint-bling
