Yeah a Corvette will see EGT's about 600-800F lower than a typical Renesis. I have seen 1800F on mine and that was read at the cat and that was on a stock tune.

Damn I was searching for HSJ No wonder I couldn't find anything. I was close. That is pretty cheap, IIRC they were like $1,000.00 or something when I last looked.

Edit:

Yeah the units are pricey.

Go rich, global warming, go lean, acid rain....get a cat, pay for the mining of gold, palladium and platinum and add to carbon dioxide levels.

The reality is that in order to properly "Care" for our environment, get a bike and pedal to work, though burning more calories means you'd have to eat more, which increases your footprint on earth too.

It's always a trade off.

Find me a catalytic convertor that doesn't burn up in 30k on a renesis that's been tuned and I will stop spreading my lies.

Yeah there is a thread here as well. The username of the guy is Kruiser. At first I thought it was BS build that would never get finished but he proved me wrong.

I had the RP and broke it, would throw a code on every redline

as far as inspections go.... just put the oem back in a few days before and clear the codes... BAM DONE!!!!!!!!!

I have an AP midpipe now... and its on its last leg..... i am getting my hands on that catless racepipe in time for the tune
