Kane is suppose to do my Cobb AP tune but I have not heard from him. I thought he was still ot on Army Diver Missions?? Maybe I can drive up next month and borrow his services / pay him in person?? Is he charging you guys to come down? If so, and if I can make it when he is there, I would be willing to pitch in to cover the cost.

Was just thinking...did the previous owner of the R3 have a Cobb? I think the "security" map on the Cobb does what you guys are talking about. It flashes the ECU to keep the security system on even if the key is installed.

Just brainstorming....

 

^ Cobb does not work on an S2... if I remember OD had the ECU and keys changed by a Mazda Dealer..

 

Yeah it's pretty complicated stuff. We may have to take some resistors out of the SARX garage radio to get this bad boy running. I mean, it's worked before right?

 

If any of you guys have a projector or large screen TV that would help. Let me know and I'll buy the appropriate plug for my macbook air.

 

I can still offer the conference room at one of my offices (IT director for a local RE co) has 46" LCD and WiFi...

 

And the radio still works.. WIN...

I am ordering all the crap needed from ATP today should be in by next week, all I will need is someone to weld it all up and pray that it all fits LOL.

The parking and seating is better at Mikes office. Plus ******* is right next door and we have a nice open stretch of interstate, and a nice little set of backroad twisties that heads over to Babcock Rd. Perfect for street tuning.
