Nah man I love 1911's I've shot 4 different ones from different manufacturers they all fired the same, shot straight and felt good.

In contrast every factory Glock I've fired felt like ***, I fired one that was heavily modified by a company in California and that felt good.

Different strokes for different folks.

sir I am removing your 1,000,000 internet points. Glocks are a bunch of plasitic and they need to take a page from Sig....my P229 out performs any glock

Also the only .45 I enjoyed shooting was a 1911, every other pistol had too much kick especially on a polymer body.

Next up will be the XD 9, I really like that gun.
xd's are really nice but you cant beat a 1911....they just always work

Sig mosquito would definitely allow some hand to hand combat.

Glock vs 229 sig? I'll use the $1000 that sig costs to double fist some glocks. Akimbo ftw

Yeah it would be fun but when Kane gets out here we have to put all our efforts into focusing. Scott needs to bring some meds for all of us!

My car will be perfectly tuned in exactly 1.25 hours.

Hoss your car will take 3.5 days.

While hes tuning your car Houston and I will go shoot his BFG at the 1000 yard range.

I am game ....I can get mine from the farm it is a 25-06 bdl

I would rather use my savage Model 12 FTR with Fred Moreo trued and timed action and a nightforce 12-42x56 ....I typically shoot 300-600 with it but 1000 is no problem

I say we do some palma.....everyone will walk away with $$$ (what ever they came with)

Wait, it's gotta be the same gun...

Otherwise the guy with the deepest pockets is going to win.

Who has the Barrett .50 Cal? It's Texas, I know someone has one.....

we can all shoot my bench rest rifle.....308.....caldwell BR fron rest and protector rear leather bag

no 50cal waste of money....cant afford to put bullets in it...and they are no fun to shoot more than once ....something about a 1/2lb of powder going off next to you face is disconcerting

rule of thumb is spend as much or more on optics than the rifle

Very nice...I looked at the mark4 but decided on night force becuase it has 1/8moa adjustments (thats an 1.25 @ 1000yrds )

I like the gun conversation. Currently shopping for a either a Glock 19 or Sig P250 for semi-conceal carry.
