Well guys, after a long trip to Houston and a serious lack of space, I've decided to sell the 8. I hate too, but the demand for a four door is finally here. I found a sweet black on black Audi quattro that I can't pass up, and I want to say thanks for all the help you guys have given me, especially you 9K. I hope to stay in touch, and if you guys ever need my help, never hesitate to ask. With all that said, I do have some parts for sell. Door Sills, Wheels, Upgraded starter, and a brand new IPOD connector - only installed two weekends ago. Will be asking 375 - 400 for the rims if anybody needs a good set.

 

What kind of Audi? quattro is just their AWD system, unless you're referring to the original Quattro.

Congrats on the new car! I'm sure you'll miss the 8, but it's hard to fully enjoy something if it doesn't meet your needs.

Speaking of Audi's.........Grant where are you? Did you move yet? Going to Japan?

 

Lol, I did move. My lease ended at the end of April. Still kind of waiting on the Japan thing. I'm on the alternate list and they could potentially upgrade me anytime through December. I'm basically going to be looking for a job around here (basically anything) so I'll have something to do and save some money at least until I know for sure whether or not Japan is happening. If I get an offer, the worst case scenario is quitting the current job and accepting the offer. If I don't get an offer, I can move on to whatever I feel like at that point or continue working if I'm happy with whatever work I find.

Thanks man and I'm already looking for A4 stuff. It's the 2.0 turbo, 211 HP, 258 torque. I think most guys go for the chip first, along with wheels, exhaust, coilovers. Don't worry, I'll definitely be over As far as the door sills, it's the OEM black trim with the silver RX8 decal. I paid 30 bucks for both sides and there still in the package when I received them.

 

Hey man, it's used, but I bought it from the 8 owner girl from Dallas. I think she went to the Texas 8 meet. Not sure how many miles are on it, but I never installed it on mine. I paid 60 bucks for it. She was selling for a friend who had extra parts and wanted to get rid of it. 50 bucks and its all yours.

 

PM replied If anyone is interested, selling the same wheels that are on my signatue photo. I put the stock wheels and crap tires on when traded to the dealer. Also have brand new, drove on them for a week or two, Continential Extreme Contact 245/40-18's. Will be asking 700.00. Any of you guys interested in buying a white iphone 4S? I found it and since it has the latest iOS I can't unlock it it or jailbreak it myself to use on Tmobile. It works fine, I found it and it was dead so I hooked it up to itunes and it loaded in recovery mode so I had to wipe it so there is no owner info available which is why I just kept it.

I don't want to mess with Craigslist so if no one is interested I may Ebay it.
