I already have a flange for the midpipe, all the shop would need to do is do a simple bend on some 3" pipe, weld in a flexible pipe, weld the vband connections and the mid pipe flange. I'm guessing around $200 in labor parts will be about $200.

Nope... might even be less if I can find a shop to let me do the unbolting and bolting of parts.
