Nope most likely you got a shopping bag caught on the exhaust. It is a very common occurrence on our cars.

did anyone catch this weekends habor freight ad in the paper? there were some good deals to be had

 

Yeah catch can and I will reroute. Even though I got the new motor mine is not rerouted to the UIM. Any idea what the second piece is? For $20.00 you get no directions but it's surprisingly pretty well put together.

 

hmmmm would have to look at it first hand

 

The oil would go in but not come out. weird.

 

My first thought was a check valve but now I am stumped. My best guess would be Extra stop or pass thou for any vacuum lines that may or not need it.
