hey thanks everyone for all of your help, the car is running great now, took the kids home tonight with the GF so the car was fully loaded and there was no rubbing or bouncing

Allright, you got your car all tricked out now, so don't break anything until after I come over for my BHR install.

 

Nice... definitely wish I could have had a proper setup with those wheels (especially the lack of rubbing) before I sold the 8. Glad that fixed your problem.

 

yeah the car is handling great now, I just need new tires. I have a good set on the rears but the fronts are toast.

Im down for an epic mod day the weekend of the 11th. I am excited to meet some of the new members.

I will be bringing a friend she is excited to meet you guys and give a hand where she can.

More then likely tho I will be working on and off that whole week on the car lol. Anyone can join me at any time if they so wish.

I've got my brakes to do and still have those speakers sitting around. Probably going to have to put off the speakers again since brakes are probably the more important thing to have.

 

I'm gonna try and knock out coilovers, rotors, pads, and SS brake lines on Hoss-05's car sometime this Sunday. Sort of a Superbowl mod day

Well, back in town with some new caliper brackets. I think I'm pretty much up for an install whenever the next free weekend comes around for others. Hopefully that will be the last delay for my brakes.

I also still have those speakers laying around. Been wanting to get those brakes done before that though. Once I get the split brackets off, I'll be getting a refund for the new ones and spending that money on replacing those fans... so maybe I'll think about the speakers after that unless someone wants to help knock those out sometime lol..

 

Dam....sounds like y'all have been having a lot of fun with yalls 8's....wish I could be there for the mod days...but I graduate tomorrow...and then off to ait friday...won't get a chance to go home jus yet. =/
